We are pleased to announce that the Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of Coriolis Mass Flow Meters and Radar Level Transmitters, conducted by TÜV as the third-party inspection authority on March 29th, has been completed!
The inspection ensured compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
Key Activities:
- Scope of Inspection:
- Mass Flow Meters: Verified measurement accuracy, material compliance, and communication protocols (e.g., HART, MODBUS).
- Radar Level Transmitters: Checked antenna type, Confirmed signal stability, range calibration, and explosion-proof certifications (e.g., ATEX/IECEx for hazardous areas).
- TÜV Oversight: Ensured adherence to international standards and project specifications.
- Documentation Review: Approved test reports, calibration certificates, and manuals.
2. Testing & Compliance:
ü Witnessed performance tests (e.g., zero-point calibration, loop checks).
ü Confirmed documentation (O&M manuals, calibration reports, packing lists).
ü Validated material traceability.
Outcome:
- All equipment passed inspections, ensuring readiness for shipment and installation.
- Non-conformities (if any) were documented and resolved before release.
Next Steps:
- Equipment preparation for on-time shipment to Algeria.
- Coordination for smooth installation & commissioning.
This milestone underscores our commitment to quality and reliability in the MTBE project.
