CNOOC Platform 19-6 is one of the key facilities in the first large-scale, high-yield condensate gas field in China’s Bohai Sea. As the platform continues to operate under high load, some control valves and actuators have entered scheduled maintenance cycles. The customer urgently required original-spec repair kits for the control valves and actuators to ensure:

Upon receiving the request, our technical team promptly verified valve models, actuator serial numbers, and the complete repair kit list (including seals, diaphragms, springs, O-rings, etc.) with the platform engineers.
