Description: TCS temperature centralized system transmits RTD, thermocouple signals, millivolt and resistance signals from 16 or 32 points in the field to the DCS system through a pair of twisted pairs of wires, and is mainly applied in the area where the temperature points are relatively centralized and collected.

TCS temperature centralized system consists of two modules:

TCM Temperature Concentration Module: directly receives on-site temperature sensor signals and transmits them as HART signals.
HMC Protocol Conversion Module: Receives TCM HART signals and converts them into standard MODBUS signals for DCS system.

Advantage:
