Moore PSD-Loop Display
DESCRIPTION: Moore Industrial General’s PSD PC is a 2-wire (loop-powered) programmable loop display with extra-large display capability that shows real-time process status in mA, percent, or any customized 5-character engineering unit (EGU) format.
High Accuracy – The loop-powered PSD reads any 4-20mA signal and displays information with an accuracy of ±0.012% of the input range, requiring less than 2.3V.
Simple and Versatile PC Setup Programs – Using the PC software, the SPD can display measured values as a percentage of user-defined intervals or directly in one of the engineering units, such as pressure, temperature, level, or flow. Intervals, zero points, input intervals, display intervals and filter frequencies can be easily programmed. The software also captures the input intervals of the loop to provide the most accurate display of the output value.
Easy Calibration Operation – Loops can be easily calibrated using a single pushbutton on the front panel by displaying the loop current value with three-digit accuracy.
Features: Easy-to-read, user-definable display – The PSD’s independently configurable two-line display with large characters allows users to clearly read and set parameters in the field.
360° Flexible Installation – By placing the meter in a box, the PSD can be installed at any angle in any environment.
Low Voltage Drop – With less than 2.3V loop power, the PSD can be installed in overloaded circuits.
User-defined and Square Root Curves – Choose from the instrument’s own square root or linear curves, or user-generated curves. Use the software to enter a table in one engineering unit and then have the PC program convert the output display to another engineering unit format.
RFI/EMI Resistance – SPDs are resistant to harmful and unpredictable interference and effects from electromagnetic waves or radio frequency.
Searchable Help Software – Detailed help information is available through the help file.
