E+H COD Analyzer
COD Analyzer
Liquiline System CA80COD
Chemical oxygen demand analyzers for environmental monitoring, industrial and municipal wastewater monitoring and measurement.
Application Areas:
Liquiline System CA80COD enables continuous online chemical oxygen demand (COD) measurement. Monitoring of wastewater treatment plant purification capacity and industrial wastewater billing systems based on discharge volume. Automatic calibration and cleaning functions save operating costs, and advanced diagnostic functions with remote access provide process documentation to relevant departments. The COD analyzer’s software-controlled security functions ensure the highest workplace safety level.
The Liquiline System COD Analyzer Monitors:
Inlet and outlet of wastewater treatment plants for documentation and calculation of purification capacity
Discharge volumes of industrial wastewater treatment plants for determination of discharge charges, the basis of the “pay-to-pollute principle”
Process water
Advantages:
The COD dichromate method gives results comparable to laboratory results
Meets industrial requirements: The analyzer is particularly suitable for environmental monitoring, industrial and municipal wastewater monitoring
Quick and easy process connection: Self-priming version for direct installation or Y-type pretreatment for use in bypass
Highest safety level: Reactor and all connection parts with software safety control
Reliable sample transmission and high-precision dosing: Peristaltic pumps are able to handle samples containing solids. Light barriers ensure repeatable, high-precision dosing
Easy functional upgrade to build a complete measuring station: Simply add modules and connect Memosens sensors
